Job Overview

Are you the owner of a small or family-run cleaning business looking for consistent work opportunities? We are seeking a reliable and professional Cleaning Partner to collaborate with us in servicing residential homes and vacation rental properties across West Oahu.

This is a partnership opportunity for established independent cleaners or small family businesses who want steady job assignments while maintaining their independence.

As a Cleaning Partner, you will receive job assignments from our company and deliver high-quality cleaning services that meet our standards and client expectations

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional cleaning services for residential and vacation rental properties.
  • Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company quality standards.
  • Perform routine and turnover cleaning (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing).
  • Deep clean kitchens and bathrooms thoroughly.
  • Change linens, reset rooms, and prepare properties for guest arrivals.
  • Restock basic supplies when required.
  • Ensure properties are guest-ready and meet inspection standards.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns.
  • Communicate clearly regarding job completion and availability.
  • Maintain your own cleaning equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

  • Must own and operate a cleaning business (family-owned or independent).
  • Prior experience in residential or vacation rental cleaning.
  • Ability to manage your own team (if applicable).
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Must carry your own cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage turnover schedules.
  • Professional communication and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in homes with pets.

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Cleaner/Housekeeper to help us maintain beautiful residential homes and vacation rental properties across West Oahu (across West Oahu) . Your role will help ensure every guest and homeowner enjoys a spotless and welcoming space.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain assigned homes following company standards.
  • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Clean kitchens and bathrooms thoroughly (countertops, appliances, sinks, toilets, showers).
  • Change linens, make beds, and reset rooms for guest arrivals.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Ensure homes are guest-ready and meet quality expectations.

Qualifications

  • Experience preferred but not required—we provide training.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to quality.
